I am persistently annoyed at the WEAKNESS of the Democratic responses to the public option. The GOP has no fear at all of reiterating the most illogical and ridiculous talking points:

LIKE "government health insurance will be a miserable bureaucratic mess" "but it's unfair for private insurers to be asked to compete" against this loser.

WTF? Does that make any sense? The American people could give a rat's behind over what's "fair" to the insurance companies.

Where is the Democrat ready to call BS on this line of so-called argument? Where is the Democrat ready to get on national TV and go toe-to-toe with the Republicans (and sellout conservative Democrats) who parrot this nonsense?

Failure to engage on this level means the people won't be aware of the stakes and lose.

Progressive Caucus needs to take real offensive here.
