This should be the top priority right now for the Democrats. I agree with all the statements above, but how does the voice of the people overcome the lobbyests (sp) that are paying millions of dollars to defeat anything the House and Senate are trying to accomplish with health care? It seems greed overcomes all.

The Republicans definitely showed their true colors during President Obama's speech last night. They showed they are NOT willing to work with the President. Even after the speech, Republicans were bad mouthing almost everything President Obama said. That proves to me, they are Not going to help get any kind of health reform. Now, President Obama needs to go for it and get what the people who elected him want and need. Forget the Republicans. I've never, ever seen a ruder, inconsiderate group of politicians that were elected to provide for the American citizenry.
